• Notarization of Tennessee / Virginia
• Mortgage loan document signings: refinance, purchase, HELOCs
• Parental consent forms, Family related documents, Medical documents, Trust related documents​
• Noting a protest of a negotiable instrumentAdministrative & Other Services​
• Verify Contents of a Safe Deposit Box - $30 per hour.
• Faxing & Copy Service Available (Mobile Fax Available) $5
• I-9 Verifications - $35 (plus mileage)
• Fax Backs - $15
• $50 Cancellation Fee, (plus mileage, if i have traveled for appointment) if notice has not been given within 1 hours of appointment time. Click here for our late policy.
• Mobile Internet Hotspot - $5 per 30 minutes
• 4% Convenience Fee for all Debit/Credit Card Transactions
• $30 Returned Check Fee
• Clerical & Administrative Fee may apply
• ​Witnesses provided $25 per person per 30 minutes. Plus milage.
• Late Fee: 0-15 Minutes $15, 15-30 Minutes $25, 30-45 Minutes $35.​Mobile Notary Rates
• Milage Rate for Travel: $0.75/per mile (round trip)
• 0-25 Miles $30 plus $0.75/per mile (round trip)
• 25 plus miles add an additional $40
• 50 plus miles add an additional $50
• After Hours Fee: 2000 - 0200 $30 0200- 0700 $50Before/After Hours Fee is in addition to travel fee and notarization fee
  Flat fee rates are charged for hospital, jail signings, assisted living, nursing homes, and rehabilitation facilities of $35 - $50.
